Background
Join the Credit/Transaction Analysis Unit responsible for the analysis of financial and operational risks, assisting with structuring of transactions, providing recommendations and internal risk ratings of the Bank's counterparties, obligors and investments.
The Principal or Senior Credit Manager reports to the Director of Credit/Transaction Analysis Unit and is a member of the Risk Management Vice Presidency.

The Principal or Senior Credit Manager has the following duties:
- Analyses all credit aspects of each debt proposal, including pricing.
- Analyse, structure and recommend equity transactions.
- Recommend improvements in project structure to the operation leaders prior to Final Review, ensuring that all appropriate changes to improve and protect the quality of the Bank's assets are made.
- Take an independent and informed view, validate assumptions and test underlying assumptions on proposals and make clear recommendations on each loan and investment proposal.
- Provide important input into credit policy issues.
